Cancellation Policy:

 

 

*IF you are greater than 14 days from 3pm on your checkin date:

 

 -You can cancel (minus $35 cancellation fee) or reschedule as needed. 

 

-If you need to move, change or cancel your reservation, please contact me ASAP by text/phone at

NOTE:  Reservations that are closer in time than 7 days from check in are NON-CHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON.

*IF you are LESS than 14 days, but more than 7 days from 3pm on your checkin date:

 

Cancellations that are less than 14 days but more than 7 days from the date of check in at 3pm, will be refunded 50 percent. 

 

Reservations that are closer in time than 7 days from 3pm on your checkin date are NON-CHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

REFUNDS*

 

For full refunds, a $35 fee will be applied for ALL cancelled reservations.  This fee will be deducted from ALL refunds regardless of reason.

 

For partial refunds, a $15 fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from ALL refunds regardless of reason.

 

 

*The Square (and most banks) charge a service/

processing fee for all refunds.
